Our two Give Hockey a Try days are full, which means we’ll need lots of help getting newbies geared up and out on the ice. From start to finish, over 30 people are needed to make this event successful, so please sign up now. It’s a lot of fun to see new skaters take the ice for the first time, so come out and show them how awesome our league is!

To thank the NCWHL, Katie Holmgren/USA Hockey organized a scrimmage at SAP Center in San Jose. We invited all of our dedicated League volunteers, captains and coaches for this special one-time event.
Upon arrival, we found 50+ girls in hockey gear running around in the lobby reminding us that our work promoting women’s hockey in the Bay Area has gone a long way! It was a great kickoff to the next day’s exciting game between the USA and Canadian women’s national teams. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers! Without your help, the NCWHL wouldn’t be where we are today.
