Why do we offer an Early Bird Discount?
Registering early gives us time to plan out the schedule in order to get that to you as soon as possible. The earlier you register, the better we can plan, and the smoother everything goes. Everyone wins!

Note that the rink and NCWHL require that our skaters be fully vaccinated (two shots + booster) and can provide proof before start of the season.

At this time, we can only accept players of at least 18 years of age.

NCWHL Assistance Fund

The NCWHL Assistance Fund provides financial assistance to players in the NCWHL who have a financial hardship. The award is up to 50% off of league registration fees for that season.

Coordinators and Board members who currently receive any form of league credit are not eligible. Fund recipients are not eligible to apply again for one calendar year from the time they most recently received funding.

The number of awards granted for the season will be determined by the Board, and will be dependent upon current NCWHL Assistance Fund reserves and the number, if any, of qualified applications received. All decisions are final. The award must be used toward the awarded season’s league fees only, and is non-transferable.

Please check back for next season’s Assistance Fund submission.
